...See more Been a while since I’ve jotted anything down here. Found out I have Covid the other day & can’t tell if I’m dissociating or if it’s like a brain fog or what. Has anyone experienced the brain fog from Covid? And can anyone tell me how to somewhat still have a decent Christmas when all of this is going on? I’m thinking I’ll order Applebees or something.

...See more So I got B*tterHelp. Got a therapist assigned to me. I read that they can’t diagnose you with anything which is sucky but I guess understandable. And I would assume that mean’s they can’t prescribe anything. But I’m feeling like I made a mistake. Are they just going to give saying's & stuff that I can already find on Pinterest? That was a lot of money to spend for me.

...See more I need to know that thing’s will get better. Between my terrible dream’s, my deja vu, & my mental health in general I feel awful. Not to mention I’ve lost weight this year & it’s weird to look in the mirror now because I look different. I’ve been wayyyy oversleeping , I reckon that’s good & bad. Me & my ex boyfriend are no longer talking which is good & bad. I’m crying basically everyday & having an anxiety/or panic attack almost everyday. I don’t know where to go from here. I kind of just want to hop right into therapy but I really don’t want to waste my money. I know I’m only gonna have enough for a few sessions so I want them to be helpful. There’s specific’s though, you know? Like I’d particularly want to only really text the therapist & that’s gonna make it probably harder to find.

I think I’m starting to be in the process of moving on. But I know if he text’s me that he misses me or something that I’ll feel obligated to respond. ...See more I’ve been doing so bad lately. The goal tonight is to not freak out. My body & mind can’t take much more. It’s like every once in a while my mind flip’s. I was doing good for so long. Think maybe the universe seen & humbled me, who knows. But I decided to take all the money out of my saving’s & put it towards online therapy.

...See more So there was some money left out for me & when I went to look for it I couldn’t find it. Then maybe a few hour’s later, I found it. In the same exact spot I looked. Just trying to convince myself I moved stuff around to quick and didn’t see it. And I’ve been home alone all day.
