...See more Hii everyone I want to talk about my anxiety... I have been facing Hypochondria (health anxiety) since last 2months and I don't know how to stop it. Whenever I say to me "nothing is gonna happen like this... It's just anxiety fear not reality" And my brain will be like "oh what if it turns into reality what if this and that". I just completely lost myself because of this... I don't know what to do, nothing is helping me... It really getting difficult day by day. I don't know how to stop it, I feel like I am being caged. All I want to be is happy me again, the way I used to me but I don't know how to overcome this.
