...See more People's lives are like books. Their pages are filled with memories, thoughts and wishes, smells and melodies from childhood they yearn to experience again. When someone is torn out of their book, they never feel whole again. The book is missing a peace, it has an empty page. That page can't be written over or filled with anything, someone else was supposed to. Someone else who wandered off because they felt like this world didn't belong to them. People feel guilty and worthless and they try to understand, but they are left with more questions. They blame themselves. If they were to know that we know they are going to feel guilty. We know it is going to hurt them as much as it's going to free us. Until you're left with an empty page, an empty chair at the dinner table, an empty room that hasn't been touched since that day, please don't try to make them feel guilty for wishing they were somewhere else or planning to go away. Try to make them see this world can be a beautiful place even though they want to go into a world of their own. Make peace with the worst possibility, but most importantly, make them feel at peace. There's nothing worse than spending your last minutes feeling guilty more than you already are and, in the end, feeling grateful because all of these bad feelings will go away. This post doesn't promote harm to anyone, this is dedicated to those who are hurting. I hope you find peace.

What do you do when you're all alone?

...See more What's saddening is that I've come to be acquainted with being my own friend. It happend gradually, it happend over the course of a year. First, it was insignificant things like not caring that much about not being invited anywhere, not that I would be thrilled to go anyway because it took too much of my energy. Then, I started to realise how little do people know about me and how at night, when I'm suffocating in my tears, I have no one to talk to. What do you even say to someone who finally asks if something is wrong? Where do I start? Are you really just asking that question to be polite? It's easier to pretend that everything is fine and become your own shoulder to cry on because that means you don't have to feel gulity for being a burden. Being this lonely has never been harder. Where do you go and what do you do when you realise that you are the only company that you won't bother with your sadness?
