Bio
Hi there! I’m a student currently on the exciting (and slightly chaotic) journey toward graduation with a Bachelor's degree in Public Health. Somewhere between studying bacteria, behavior, and the bigger picture of how we stay healthy as communities, I realized something important: I really like people. Like, a lot.
That’s probably why I’m here as a 7 Cups listener.
I’ve always been the “you can talk to me” person in my circle—the one who somehow ends up hearing life stories in grocery store lines, group projects, and way too many late-night conversations. I’ve learned that everyone is carrying something, even if it doesn’t show on the surface.
As a science major, I’m trained to think about evidence, systems, and how small things can have big impacts. As a human, I’m also just here to listen, understand, and remind you that you don’t have to figure everything out alone. (Also, no lab coat required for this kind of support—just a willingness to talk.)
I can relate to a lot of different experiences, and I try to meet people where they are without judgment. Whether you need to vent, unpack your thoughts, or just have someone on the other end of the screen who actually listens, I’m here for that.
So if life feels a little overwhelming, confusing, or just plain loud right now—hi. I’ve got time, I’ve got ears, and I’m glad you’re here.
