I am an experienced mental health advocate with experience from the military and the fire service. 

I have a bachelors in psychology and advanced clinical training in mental health.

I can not provide advice or medical guidance

I have spent time counseling military and civilian members on both struggles of reentry, SAPR (Sexual Assault Prevention and Response), as well as generalized anxieties and overall well being.

I have specialized training in things such as LGBTQ sexual abuse, sexual violence, and LGBTQ issues. I also have military experience.
