...See more Suffering from chronic migraines, it feels like half of your brain hates you. It's like you can't be fully happy without this thing in the bad of your head reminding you of your illness. I live with limitations now, I never knew how much I took for granted. On top of that I have tumour in my hip wedged between my hip and leg. I can't run or take long walk anymore. Honestly if I would have to choose I would take the tumour any day because I'm more scared of my migraine. My family history, chronic migraines was something deadlier. I live in fear everyday of getting a migraine. On the day my migraine. I just lay alone in a dark room, alone with my thoughts. Fearing if this is it. Then I don't want to be alone, but I can't talk with this with family. They understand but don't really get it, they just treat me like I should be stronger and get over it. "It's all in your head" yes it's all in my head but it's also the one causing me pain everyday. I feel so powerless and scared of my own body, that if feels good to cry once and awhile just to release all that stress. Sorry it's a long rant. Honestly this is how it feel to live with chronic migraines for me.
