Hi Im Kris! I am a from a very,very, very rural super small town out in the middle of nowhere. Well, that's what it feels like sometimes. Thanks to the wonderful world oh' the web , however, I am fortunate enough to be able to connect with anyone who feels like they might want to feel less alone, disconnected, not heard, misunderstood or maybe its just been one of those days. Myself: a knowledge collector of sorts, old soul, animal lover and former alcoholic with a purposeful mission to banish the fear of admitted addiction and mental health and addiction and mental health and advocate for the greater good of self love and care.
