Hello! Im so glad you found me on 7Cups! Im Allie, i am a 26 year old trained listener and i am able to take on quite a few topics because of personal experiences. I am always here for you to talk to, i can listen to you about anxiety, depression, self harm, suicidal thoughts, drug and alcohol issues, bullying, abuse (whether emotional, sexual or physical), and living in care.
I enjoy activities such as rock climbing, abseiling, swimming, canoeing, kayaking and a few others :)
I really hope i am able to help all of you in some way, everyone deserves a happy life and remember.. nothing that has happened to you is your fault!
