Hi! My name is Maria, and I’m a college student working toward a future career in healthcare. I’m passionate about supporting others and creating a safe, judgment-free space where people feel heard and understood.
As someone who has experienced big life transitions—like moving to a new country at a young age and adapting to new environments—I understand how important it is to have someone who will simply listen. I value empathy, patience, and meeting people where they are.
In my free time, I’m involved in research and enjoy learning more about how the mind works, especially when it comes to stress, learning, and emotional well-being. Through 7 Cups, I hope to be someone you can talk to openly, whether you need to vent, process your thoughts, or just not feel alone.
