...See more Hey everyone, my name is Kamina and i'm 20, by no means am i addicted to porn or masturbation, i like to think i'm much better now than how i used to be when i was 18, when i was 18 i used to have a severe masturbation addiction, but now it has dramatically lowered, i don't want to be vulgar but i don't know which other way to explain myself so i'll go ahead, when i was 18 i used to do the thing for 4-5 times a day, and i had absolutelt no energy, no motivation, nothing. and the aftermath made me feel really depressed, now i'm 20 and i've reduced it to once every 3-4 days, i'd like to stop completely, it has very unhealthy side effects for me such as hair loss , the guilt feeling, makes me feel depressed, and i'm drained of all physical energy, the side effects depend on the person, for some other people they feel nothing negative after masturbation, but i'm asking for help or tips on how to stop completely.. i wonder how i can just stop giving in sometimes, thanks for reading this long essay, have a good day :) (Updated Title and moved sections by Asherwolfice, 02/25/21)
