Hello! I've signed up to listen to people of 7 cups of tea because I believe that human connection is very important when struggling with something. I'm here to listen to you, completely judgement free and offer my support in the best way that I can. I've personally struggled with depression and anxiety, but I am in a better state of mind as of now and I want others to be able to overcome their struggles like I have.
