...See more Hi there! I've found this app by chance and it's amazing!!! My name is Megan. I'm 19 and I'm from the UK. I thought hat 7 Cups would be a nice app to have on my phone because I've had depression and anxiety for a few years now - since I was around 15 or 16 - but I'm on medication for it so I'm copping really well at the moment 😊 I'm here to share my thoughts, help whoever I can and make some friends who are in a similar position to me.
