...See more I’m new to the app and I can’t say it’s helping me at all right now, I don’t want attention in a group chat I want genuine help and I don’t know where to go. The past few days have been the hardest for me and thoughts of harming myself repeat over and over. I don’t want to come off as crazy or needing meds. The thoughts are there but an overwhelming sense of pain follows. No one would be there for my children if I’m gone and they are they only reason I’m barley holding on. Not sure if anyone will read this or if anyone can help, I’m scared just speaking my truth. Truly don’t expect much.
