Hi! I’m glad you’ve found me on 7 Cups of Tea. I’m a trained active listener and I am open to listening to anyone, whatever problems they may have. I’m volunteering because I’ve had my own personal experiences with anxiety, panic attacks, and just overthinking in general… My goal is to provide support to others and just listen to people who need someone to talk to. I enjoy being outdoors, reading, and all things self-development. I’m a current psychology student and I’ve had a little bit of experience in counselling too, which may help.
