...See more Hello, I was wondering if anyone here has overcome driving anxiety? If so, what technique helped? Last summer I was caught in a severe thunderstorm while driving. I had a terrible panic attack. Since then, I haven't been able to drive. When I get behind the wheel, I feel like I'm going to faint. Has anyone ever fainted from anxiety? I don't want to get into an accident. I have lost my independence but I still have hope somehow, someway, I'll get through this.
