Welcome! I hold a degree in Psychological Counseling and Guidance. My academic background includes clinical observation in a psychiatry setting and a strong interest in existential approaches, specifically working with adults.

While I have formal education in counseling, I am here as a volunteer listener. This means our sessions are completely free and focused on empathetic peer support rather than clinical therapy.
