...See more I feel like I'm completely at a loss. In fact, I feel lost in general. I've been through so much emotionally, physically and verbally. I've never felt so angry, or sad. I have more questions than answers. Right now I feel like I just don't want to exist. I find myself going between incredible sadness and crying and overwhelming rage inside for the way I have been treated. I don't know what to do with all of this. How do I process all of this? What do I do to lift The sadness, anger and depression. I would be content to stay in bed. Any advice you guys would be willing to give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
