I'm a trained active-verified listener  here in the cups community. I like to support people struggling with everyday struggles life will throw us,  relationship's with others, emotion regulation, substance abuse, mental illness struggles, traumatic childhood's, loss of a loved one (Grief), etc. I enjoy writing in my journal, listening to music, hiking, camping, reading, studying things I want to learn. An amazing listener and person. Really empathetic and keeps following up with your problems. Understands what you’re going through and tries their very best to help you and push you to get more help. Also keeps checking in every once in a while to see how you’re doing. I can only imagine how traumatizing it must be for them and every other listener on here to listen to those who come here for help and explain their problems when there’s a high possibility that they themselves went through similar circumstances and yet they’re here trying to make our lives better.
She is very amazing, and is not only my listener, but became a great friend as well. I still talk to her from the beginning I was on here. She is highly compassionate, takes your serious, and will check on you. I highly recommend her as a listener.

First listener I found, and actually haven't really communicated with anyone else yet. There was no need to go further. Felt amazing to have someone so happen to experience some of things I was going through and here is a true listener! Never did I ever truly feel that unlocked emotions were forming a struggle with my head. no body. Deserves to bragging privelege anything and it's on the ground should be pulling in
