...See more I currently have absence seizures and have had grand mal seizures in the past. When I have an absence seizure it usually lasts about 10 seconds, followed by complete confusion and memory loss about what's happened prior. They occur at least once or twice a day but at one point I was having up to about 50. This had led me to get very bad anxiety. Mainly, but not limited to, social anxiety. Does anyone else on here expierence something similar?
