...See more Hi everyone! I'm Anne, 16 year old girl and depressed. I've made some progress over the years to become a bit more happy again, but in this progress I have noticed I'm very negative. I only see the negative things in life and i think it would really help my progress if I'd become more positive! Small problem: I don't know how... please let me now ways to practice positivity if you know some! Thanks in advance!!! :)
