Hey
My name is Milana and I am a Rapid Transformational Therapy practitioner :)
I've had a lot of mental health issues myself but learning more about how our brain works really helped me find a way out. So trust me, you are not a lost case either! Life can be great, I think we just need to relearn how to live it. even in the darkest moments (I still get those) all we need is a bit of hope, love and trust in ourselves.
