Though I try to hide it—to squash it down, strangle and drown it—I am crippled by fear. Fear of not being accepted, fear of being hurt, fear of what I cannot control. Oh so slowly am I working on accepting these fears, and making peace with them. I hope that in turn, I will be able to accept and make peace with my own self and my ever jumbled mind.
