I focus on Breakups, College Life, and Traumatic experiences. I am an Internal Medicine Resident in the USA, and hopefully will be going into Gastroenterology eventually. I have been battling anxiety for as long as I can remember; however, I made a conscious decision to change, and have undergone a great transformation. I have good tips to help battle anxiety and negative self thoughts. I am happy to listen, and love to learn from new people.



I apologize if I do not respond to everyone's personal requests. I get many every night, and I do not want to discount my listening by taking on too many at once.
