...See more hi! i guess this is where i introduce myself? i'm here to give and receive support and advice as much as i can! i live with borderline personality disorder, complex post traumatic stress disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and anorexia nervosa. i'm 30 years old and identity as non-binary. any pronouns are fine! my nickname is eli, but you can call me mind if you like. i practice DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy) and other mindfulness skills to help take control of my emotions so that i can live a more fulfilling life. i am a huge advocate for self-care, the use of self-help books, and cognitive behavioral therapy. thanks for reading! i appreciate every one of you, and you are absolutely capable of achieving your goals.
