I'm a psychology major with a strong interest in mental health and crisis intervention. Volunteering at a crisis line has deepened my understanding of the importance of active listening, empathy, and providing support in difficult moments. I’m passionate about being a calm, nonjudgmental presence for people who need someone to talk to, and I see this work as an essential step toward my goal of pursuing a career in counseling or clinical psychology.
