Hi, I'm 31, in full time employment with HFA (undiagnosed). I'm currently experiencing a lot of anxiety, depression and mood swings after a bad time with work and a lot of changes coming about in my work/life situatuion.
Despite this, I try to enjoy what I can, I like videogames, anime & manga and am hoping to get back into horse riding. I do like to attend meetups and conventions which are the little things that (barely) keep me going
