Hi there! I'm glad you came across my 7 cups of tea profile! I've overcome many challenges in life at a very young age and I want to help others and yourself that you are not alone and I am here to listen to your stories and provide any help I can give. I'm here to help people with bullying, breakups, college life, self-esteem, trauma, forgiveness, depression, family stress, loneliness, managing emotions. relationship stress, self-harm and work stress. She's so amazing & has helped me more than any family has. My dad passed away recently and I'm currently going through chemo. I needed a friend. She is there for you no matter what and always make you feel important and worth living. Highly recommend.
Such a lovely person. Great listener. She is a sweetheart and very kind. Holidays are so hard but she sure can make things a lot more brighter and makes you feel there is hope in the world.

I lost my son this year and I couldn't find anything else to live for. She listened to all my worries and helped a ton. I know she volunteers her time on here but the fact that she cares that much about someone she doesn't know shows you what kind of a loving person she is. I really feel like she saved my life. I appreciate everything she has done for me.
It's very hard dealing with depression. She helped me get through some dark thoughts these past couple of months. She always follows up and checks on me every week. She is extremely giving with her time. She treats me as a true friend would. She has helped me deal with PTSD when it gets very bad. I recommend her 10000 times. She actually cares. So sweet and kind heart. Because of her, I'm doing a lot better.
