What s anxiety disorder

...See more Recently I am having some symptoms like shaky hands, fear abu any small thing like even going late to office. When I consulted doctor now a days a small tension leads to fear and shivering shaky hands . Lately I am having more pressure at home and office.doc ordered some blood tests to rule out hormone problem. It came out clear. She added then it might be anxiety . She din suggest any medicine. She asked me so I need to meet a psychiatrist. I said no as I know what's going on with my life and I totally if I manage some things I ll be fine. butpast 20 days I am waking up early to prepare for an exam and I sleep for 5 -6 hrs only at night.prrssure to do the exam well also. Last week I my period started and I was over doing with studying also. Suddenly I started having dizziness uncontrollable. After good night sleep it was better. It is accompanied latter with strong acidity too. Everyday by the end of the day before sleep I am tired to the core and I was feeling fully dizzy. Even my period s getting over today again I studied for more time. When I felt it's getting tough subject, again the dizziness returned . I am still feeling dizzy. Is this wat called as anxiety? Do I need medical help? Earlier I had strong head ache dizziness and nausea feeling when I get tensed for something's like even office quarrels. Chest pain too. But this time it's even worsening. Kindly helpe and clarify are these symptoms relate to anxiety?
