...See more i think i may have BPD and the symptoms i have are ruining my relationships with my partner and my friends. i can’t afford a therapist so self diagnosis is all i have :( my friends with BPD also believe i have it. whether or not i officially have BPD, i still experience these symptoms and am looking for advice. my symptoms: -very impulsive with things like spending/sexual activity and other actions in general -extreme mood swings and depressive episodes -outbursts of anger i can’t calm down from -fear of abandonment -little sense of self -unhealthy attachment to my partner who i believe is my fp. when he interacts with other people or doesn’t respond to me as quick as i want him to i can get extremely jealous -acts of self harm (burning myself) and talk of suicide -paranoia and anxiety -overthinking and ‘creating’ problems out of nothing are there any like self help methods i could use to better control any of these? i mostly struggle with the anger and depressive stuff plus the attachment to my partner. i know other people experience this stuff too but sometimes i just feel so alone!!!

...See more my boyfriend and i recently went on a break because of our mental health. my depression and symptoms/ways it makes me act have brought back his, which he dealt with really badly a while ago. he says we can get back together if i can get help/therapy, but therapy is something my family can’t afford. i’m not sure what else i can do. i downloaded this app today but have been wanting to seek help for a while i also am trying to get an appointment with my school’s counselor (i am in high school) but can’t get in contact with her until after thanksgiving break + then i will have to wait to see her because other students need her too are there any suggestions as to what i can do? i really love him and want to get back together but i need help first
