...See more Do you know that self respect is one of the most important part of our life When I was reading I come across one line "We should not expect others to give us respect when we do not give respect to ourself" this line was very simple and short and just a part of the story but when I think about it started to make sense Self respect is just not about saying no to people it is about telling them that you are not okay with what their asking. And because of this a proper communication can be build what we think what we think is what we speak what and we speak is what we do and what we do is what is our personality is. So give yourself you more extra minute take a deep breath and try to relax and and tell yourself "I too deserve everything that I give to other people."and "I too deserve the love and care from myself" maybe no one will notice it but it didn't matter you are doing it for yourself 🪴 Self respect also play a big part emotionally when going to heartbreak it is "it hurts but it does not make me worthless" and when angry it says "I know I am upset because I too deserve more" and when your happy it say "the happiness is coming from within me not just from the people around me." Is okay to take your time to find your own definition of self respect because in the end the seed you planted today will not grow into a complete tree just in one night you have to look after your plants for it to grow properly but with care and love dicro beautifully. I know you to can grow beautiful 🌱
