Hey, my name's Mark! I have a B.S. in Biology and I am a trained active listener. My usual hours are 6pm-11pm EST. If you feel lost, confused, stressed, or anything else but don't understand why and want to work through it or just feel like you need to vent to someone, I'm here. If you explicitly ask for advice I will try my best to give you some suggestions but just know that I can't know for sure what is best for you. Only you can know what to do because only you have lived your entire life. 

If we start talking to each other, I will give you my full attention and will respond as soon as possible, so I ask that you do the same. If you can't talk anymore in that session (need to do something offline/need a break/would like to continue another time/speak to another listener), I would appreciate it if you would give me a heads up. 

All I ask in return is that you are willing to talk and to open up to me.
