Hello, I'm a dedicated listener and volunteer. I am a mother of two and a survivor of domestic violence who has learned forgiveness and love for one's self. I have weathered life’s financial ebbs and flows, learning to harness resilience through self-awareness, spirituality, and the power of my thoughts to shape my reality. With a background in culinary arts and studies in cultural anthropology, I’m now back in school studying psychology as well as training to become a life coach, with plans to offer group therapy sessions in the near future. Over the years, I’ve poured my heart into volunteering extensively at my children’s school throughout their childhood, which deepened my love for supporting others. I’m here to provide a listening ear, empathy, and insights from my journey, believing everyone deserves a space to feel understood and uplifted.
