...See more Hi, I have bipolar disorder and I’ve been a bit on the depressed side lately. I feel guilty for not feeling better and being more grateful for things in my life. But also I feel weird reaching out for help bc I don’t feel worse. I’m kind of in a neutral but “not good” zone with my mood. That and I’m exhausted all the time. I always get depressed in the fall and winter so this makes sense that I’m vaguely “down” right now. Idk. I just need some people to chat with. I’ve recently gotten back into therapy and take my meds and all that.
