...See more I decided to go to my doc today to get some help and thinking about this helped me through my sleepless night. But now that I’m supposed to go there, I’m in immense anxiety, I simply can’t go there. My hands are sweaty, my heart is racing. Why am I sabotaging myself so much? What’s even worse is that I feel so anxious all the time that being around a doctor makes me feel safe, so I won’t be able to share how horrible my days are, plus I’d rather just sleep in his office. My head is spinniiiiing 🤯🤯🤯
