...See more I just found out a girl I really like and has been talking to for a while has started going out with some guy. It's the first girl I really loved since my ex 2 years ago. It's causing my breathing to be difficult. I can still breathe but it feels like a constant struggle. Now when I eat I have to struggle to even get the first bite in. I'm a constant gym goer so eating was very easy to me but now it's almost impossible. Meditation helps but once I stop it starts again . If you've experienced this please help.
