...See more Greetings~ You guys can call me Mys, I'm relatively new to the 7cups community.  It's fascinating to see so many people from all walks of life coming together to support one another.  A little about me:  I'm in the 20+ community, ISFP-T, and I almost always find myself relapsing into self-sabotaging behaviors and ineffective coping mechanisms. I am seeing a psychotherapist once every two weeks for a half hour for depression, but I'm thinking I might also have a high-functioning neurocognitive disorder, or a personality disorder. Not sure which it could be specifically, but in any case I could definitely use more help trying to improve my overall wellbeing.  Thanks <3
