Missing my friend

...See more I’m an upcoming senior at my college and my bestie just graduated yesterday. I already miss her so much. We live states away from each other. She lives nearby our school and said she would come visit me during the school year but that’s 4 months away from now. And then when I go on internship in the spring and graduate after then what? It’ll be even harder to see her after that. We’ve only gotten closer this past semester and I regret not talking to her sooner when she was right in front of me this entire time. I could’ve had a really good friend for 3 years instead of just 1 semester. So yeah don’t be like me and be scared to talk to someone new. It helped that we have a mutual friend that we both really miss since she had to drop out due to personal reasons. I guess we found comfort in each other and we offered each other company in being able to get out of our dorms together to do stuff. We’re still keeping in touch ofc and gonna call when we can just so I can hear her voice but I still miss her physical presence. She gave the best hugs which I know is a big deal cause she’s not huge on them. I’ve been crying on and off since yesterday. I just really miss her and can’t wait to see her again. She helped me feel not alone in our equine program and helped me be more confident in this industry. I feel lost without her in a sense.
