Hello, I'm a verified listener hoping to help some lovely people in need of support. I'm fifteen, as of now, but I have a lot of experience up my sleeve. I'm currently studying psychology. 

I am LGBTQ+ friendly, religion/spirituality friendly, neurodivergence friendly, personality disorder friendly, dissociative disorders friendly, and disability friendly. 

My pronouns are he/him. I only take chats in English. If you wish to chat to someone in another language, please go to the Browse Listeners option in the chat menu. 

I take 1-2-1 chats, and will be active in group chats. I offer casual chats, support chats, and distraction chats. You do not have to book an appointment, but please be aware that I may not answer as fast as you'd like.

The dots by my profile picture indicate my activity. The colour meanings can be found below.

Red dot: I am not online, and I will not be answering any messages. I am probably sleep, or my personal life is very busy. I may be active in listener-only chats, however. I will not be taking general requests for 1-2-1 chats. 

Orange dot: I am online, but my replies will be slow, or I'm only answering regular members, or I'm in active in a group chat. I am probably too busy to chat, and we won't be able to have a live 1-2-1 chat. I will not be taking general requests for 1-2-1 chats.

Green dot: I am online, and I will answer you quickly. I will be taking new general 1-2-1 requests, as well as talking to regular members, and I will be active in group chats.




❤︎ ADHD ~ I have no personal experience with ADHD. I only have clinical knowledge of the disorder. I am happy to support you, nonetheless. 

❤︎ Alcohol/Drug Abuse ~ I have personal experience with alcohol misuse/over the counter pills addiction✢, and I've supported with family members with drug addictions. I understand that misuse and addiction are different, but I am happy to support you all the same. 

❤︎ Anxiety ~ I have personal experience with anxiety. I also have clinical knowledge of it. I am happy to support you with all kinds of anxiety, and anxious thoughts. 

❤︎ Autism Spectrum ~ I have personal experience with autism, as well as experience supporting family members with autism. I have clinical knowledge of autism also. However, please keep in mind that everyone's experience with ASD is different. I am happy to support you with any problems that arise because of your ASD, or supporting you following a diagnosis. 

❤︎ Bipolar ~ I have no personal experience with bipolar. However, I do have friends and family who struggle with the disorder, and I have clinical knowledge of the disorder too. I am happy to support you to the best of my abilities. 

❤︎ Borderline Personality Disorder ~ I have personal experience with BPD. The main reason I decided to become a listener is because I wanted to support those also struggling with this disorder. I have a lot of clinical knowledge of BPD, and I am happy to support you with anything you need. I'd like to note that I am happy to support any personality disorder, but BPD is the only one I have personal experience with. 

❤︎ Breakups ~ I have personal experience with breakups, especially rough breakups. I am happy to support you through a breakup, no matter how rough. I am also happy to support you if you're thinking of breaking up.

❤︎ Bullying ~ I have personal experience with bullying. I am happy to support you with any kind of bullying, including: childhood bullying that still affects you, bullying in college/university, and bullying in the workplace. Bullying can affect us for years after the initial incident happens. Please don't be ashamed about this. 

❤︎ Cancer ~ I have no personal experience with cancer. I do have clinical knowledge of it, and knowledge from friends/family who have experience it or been a part of someone's journey into remission. I wish you/your loved one a quick remission. I am happy to support you on your journey. 

❤︎ Chronic Pain ~ I have personal experience with chronic pain, and experience in supporting family with it. I have some clinical knowledge of it. I am happy to support you with any kind of chronic pain you're experiencing, no matter the source. However, please remember that everyone's experience is different. 

❤︎ Depression ~ I have personal experience with depression, and experience with supporting family with it. i've been diagnosed with major-depressive disorder since I was ten. I have clinical knowledge of the disorder. I am happy to support you with any depression you are dealing with, whether situational or otherwise. 

❤︎ Diabetes ~ I have no personal experience with diabetes. I do, however, have clinical knowledge, and knowledge I've picked up from diabetic family members and friends. I am still happy to support you with diabetes, or any stressful feelings following a diagnosis. 

❤︎ Disabilities ~ I have personal experience with disabilities that are the result of an injury/accident. I am happy to support any kind of disability, including injury-based, learning difficulties, and other kinds of disabilities. 

❤︎ Domestic Violence ~ I have personal experience with domestic violence. I am happy to support you with any kind of abuse you're dealing with. This includes parental abuse, and abuse in the workplace. But I can't if you're currently having a crisis. I'd also like to note that it is a touchy subject for me, and I'd appreciate a warning before you talk about it. Thank you for understanding. 

❤︎ Eating Disorders ~ I have personal experience with eating disorders, as well as experience supporting family members and friends with one. However, it is an incredibly triggering topic to me, and I cannot support you. 

❤︎ Exercise Motivation ~ I wish you good luck on your exercise journey, but as is said above, these kinds of topics are incredibly triggering to me, and I cannot support you.

❤︎ Family Stress ~ I have personal experience with familial stress. I am happy to offer support for any kind of familial problems you may be having.

❤︎ Financial Stress ~ I have personal experience with being a part of a family who have financial problems. As I am not in a place where I have to provide the majority of the income, I am happy to offer you support. 

❤︎ Forgiveness ~ I have some personal experience with forgiving people, and getting experience. I am not the best educated, but I am happy to offer support regardless. 

❤︎ General Mental Health ~ I have personal experience with general mental health. I am happy to support you with whatever challenge or problem you're having. Any kind of mental health problems, or mental illnesses, with very few exceptions. This includes DID/OSDD, personality disorders, and all of the other demonised/stigmatised disorders.

❤︎ Getting Unstuck ~ I have some personal experience with getting unstuck. I'm happy to support you on your journey to recovering your momentum to get better and cope. 

❤︎ Grief ~ I have no personal experience with grief, but I do have experience helping friends and family deal with their personal losses. I am happy to support you with any kind of grief you're dealing with: bereavement (including miscarriage/loss of a child), loss of job, loss of pet, etc.  

❤︎ LGBTQ+ Issues ~ I have personal experience with LGBTQ+ issues. I am a gay man. I am happy to support you with any issues with identity, discrimination, or internalised hatred, for the most part. I will refer you to a different listener if I feel I cannot support you, because of differing opinions.

❤︎ Loneliness ~ I have personal experience with both perceived and genuine emotion. I am happy to support you through this feeling, and I'm happy to be your friend. 

❤︎ Managing Emotions ~ I have personal experience with managing emotions. I am not the most educated, but I'm happy to support you, and I look forward to growing with you. 

❤︎ Men's Issues ~ I have personal experience with men's issues, as I am a man. I am happy to support you with a range of issues, but please know we at 7Cups cannot support you through a suicidal crisis. 

❤︎ Obsessive Compulsive Disorder ~ I have no personal experience with OCD. However, I have clinical knowledge, and I am happy to support you with this.

❤︎ Panic Attacks ~ I have some personal experience with panic attacks. I'm happy to support you with them, and I'll try my best to help you if you're having one. 

❤︎ Parenting ~ I have no personal experience parenting. However, I am an uncle, and I can do my best to help with the stresses of being a parent. 

❤︎ Perinatal Mood Disorder ~ I have no personal experience with PMD. I also am not too educated on it. However, I am happy to support you, if you'd like. 

❤︎ Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder ~ I have personal experience with trauma, and clinical knowledge of PTSD. I am happy to support you, but I do ask that you add warnings on anything too extreme. Thank you. 

❤︎ Racial & Cultural Identity ~ I have no personal experience with racial matters. I am European, and I do not experience racism. Because of this, I am not very comfortable discussing racial matters, but I will happily listen if really needed. 

❤︎ Recovery ~ I have personal experience with recovery (particularly from self-harm, and addiction to over-the-counter pills). I am happy to support you with any kind of recovery: addictions, physical injury/illness, etc. 

❤︎ Relationship Stress ~ I have personal experience with relationship stress. I am happy to support you with any kind of stress you may be having, or any part of your relationship that is stressing you out.

❤︎ Schizophrenia ~ I have no personal experience with schizophrenia, but I do have experience with psychosis. I have clinical knowledge, so I'm happy to support you, if you need it. 

❤︎ Self-Esteem ~ I have personal experience with poor self-esteem. I am happy to support you through whatever issue you're having, and be your friend. 

❤︎ Self-Harm ~ I have person experience with self-harm. I've been suffering with self-harm since I was ten. I have a lot of understanding about self-harm, and I have knowledge on how to care for wounds. I am happy to support you, if you're struggling with self-harm, as long as you know that I cannot help you in a crisis.

❤︎ Sexual Health ~ I have very little experience with sexual health, but I have a lot of knowledge. I'm happy to help you with whatever problem you're dealing with. Please keep conversations professional. 

❤︎ Sleeping Well ~ I have personal experience with poor sleep, and clinical knowledge of sleep disorders. I am happy to support you with whatever issue you're having, and record your sleep journey with you.

❤︎ Social anxiety ~ I have personal experience with social anxiety. I also have clinical knowledge of it. I am happy to support you, and help you work through ways you can help yourself, if you're having social anxiety.

❤︎ Spirituality ~ I have no personal experience with spirituality. However, I'm happy to support you with whatever you need support with, including religions/spiritualities of all types (yes: even satanism and witchcraft).

❤︎ Student Life ~ I think we all have personal experience here, haha. I am currently a student, so I am happy to support you with stress, anxieties, and everything else regarding student life. 

❤︎ Weight Management ~ I wish you luck on your journey to personal peace, but I am not able to support you for this. It is incredibly triggering for me, so please respect this. 

❤︎ Women's Issues ~ I have no experience with women's issues, as I am a man. Because of this, I am not comfortable discussing this topic. I am happy to help if you really need it, but otherwise, I cannot empathise as I do not experience the issues women face.

❤︎ Work Stress ~ I have no personal experience with work stress, but I have knowledge from family and friends. I am happy to help support you with any stress you're having.
