...See more Today my boyfriend deactivated his Facebook and Instagram account all of a sudden and I didnt know why. Then I started to get really scared and worried about him because he had depression history. I texted him through SMS and asked him why. He said he needed a break from social media and said he was fine, he apolozied for not telling me. The problem is he didnt tell me. When I was waiting for his SMS reply, my hands were trembling, my legs felt weak, my heart sank and felt extremely heavy and kinda hurt. We called each other a few hours ago but I was still too drained to really talk, so that call was only 5 minutes long. Its been nearly half a day and the heaviness and pain on my chest are still there. I feel restless. When I lie now, I feel like theres something heavy pressing on my chest, which makes it nearly impossible to sleep. This whole chest heavy thing has happened to me before when I was triggered by a certain thing. I went to the doctors and they said Im physically fine but I probably have anxiety disorder. They told me to take medicine but my mom didnt buy it for me. But I managed to go through it that time without medication or therapy. It took me a while but that heaviness on my chest and the feel of restlessness and anxiety were gone. Sometimes I sensed them tickling back to me but I still went through all of them. But now, theyre back.
