Life is beautiful but when it is messy, it is hard to see it that way. Thoughts are like clouds in the sky, they come and go but none of them are permanent, and behind that there is always a bright blue sky. I believe everyone has their moment of struggle and that is why are here together, to help each other to see a bigger meaning of life. I will be more than happy to listen and help you. I enjoy reading, nature-walking, gardening and meditating; I find them therapeutic and help you become more grounded.
