...See more Hi..I'm Jo. Recently I've been feeling a certain way, and I don't know what to make of it. I'm always upset, I alwasy have the urge to cry. I am losing interest in all the things that I usually enjoy doing. I have trouble focusing in school, I can't sleep. I've stopped eating for weeks and I feel guilty for things I've done in the past. But my day usually goes like this, horribel morning, sad, crying, doesn't eat breakfast, afternoon I'm better and eager, but I don't eat, I go home, claim I'm not hungry and then emotionally shut down, and feel nothing until I sleep. Do I have a problem..?
