...See more I've just discovered this site so I'm not entirely sure how it works, but i've been struggling for many years with depression and for the last year or so with anxiety. I'm a student in the UK, and trying to find a way to cope with depression and anxiety alongside uni work and other stresses of life. I've been finding things particularly difficult since this academic year began in september between struggling to get out of bed in the mornings and being to anxious to attend classes would love to hear from anyone else who is/was a student in the same kind of situation and what I can do because i'm feeling pretty trapped and like i have no options at the moment
