...See more Hi there, I am new here and seeking support. I recently left what I felt was an emotionally abusive relationship. I feel strong and weak all at the same time right now. I struggle more some days than others but today particularly has been a struggle too. I'm not really sure who I can talk to and hope to find some support.

...See more Hi there, I am new here and looking for some support or advice. I recently left a marriage that I felt was emotionally abusive. I feel that I am trying to go through a healing process now. I'm ashamed that I let myself be in a situation that was so hurtful to me without seeing it and scared that I will let myself fall into the same position. I feel hurt, scared, strong and weak all at the same time. Not sure who to talk to or what to do with all my emotions.
