Negative Thoughts

...See more Hi everyone, my name is Neela and I'm new here. I suggest you don't read this with a weak heart or mind, because I think it can be triggering for some. Sometime ago I had a panic attack that lead me to think negatively like "Is this life worth it or not." Things look bleak and just not interesting enough to give effort into anymore. I don't have any problems in my life except my trouble of breathing or anxiety that just came out of nowhere, that condition made me mentally and physically tired and emotionally numb. I used to be a very positive and happy person, until this condition hit me. Now I'm recovering from this and I already clear up the clouds that cover my life and find the purpose of it. I live my life because I love my life, I am not leaving this life I love. I want to live this life till I physically cannot. But sometimes negative thoughts just crossed my mind suddenly out of nowhere, even when I'm doing something else entirely not connected to the negative thoughts. It's like an ad that pop up out of nowhere in the middle of youtube videos, and I cannot skip it??? Is it normal for it just to came back out of nowhere sometime from time to time? Will I ever be totally free from it? It's like I shown this negative thoughts myself once before, and now when I left, they're the one chasing me. Can anybody please give me some advice on how to recover from this effectively? Thank you so much, I hope we all can get better soon <3

Breathing Manually
Anxiety Support / by neeladaisy

...See more Hi I'm Neela, and I want some advice, opinion, or just any help from you guys. After I overcome my fear of tightness in chest and shortness of breath by learning on how to focus on breathing and control them, I kinda forget how to breath automatically. I figured that sometimes I think I breath manually, and if I stop controlling my breathing I'm scared something bad will happen to me or I just won't breath. I know breathing is automatically done by the body and brain, but I just can't help it even though I try so much to focus my mind into other things. Which results, I'm not focusing when I do anything else and it's really tiring. It's like taking up 40% of my mind. Can anybody please give me advice or help on what I should do? Thank you so much <3
