...See more Hi everyone ! I’m a girl and I’m 15. It's been 2 years now that I've had a lot of trouble with concentration. For example: During conversations with others I always get distracted by surrounding noises or more often by my own intrusive thoughts, this prevents me from listening to what they are saying which is very annoying. My brain diverges in all directions, I have trouble staying on a single task and I often forget what I have to do, I always need to do something else when doing something boring like talking to someone while I’m packing my bag etc. I have been diagnosed with anxiety so I am wondering if it is anxiety or a suspicion of AD(H)D ? I don’t want to auto-diagnosed myself for sure, I just want to have some advice from diagnosed ADHD or people that know good about this topic ! Thank you very much 🫶🏼
