Hi:). My name is Amanda. I am glad that you contacted me through 7cupsoftea. Good for you! I have been trained to listen and respond to situations ranging from stressful to critical. I am open and willing to connect with you for as long as you need in order to feel better and safe.
I have been living with anxiety and panic my whole life, however I am being treated for and have suffered years of depression. I have a recent history of suicidal ideation and suicide attempts that led to hospitalizations and treatment programs. I live with an older sister who has learning difficulties, personality and mood disorders. These experiences have shaped me into the empathetic and genuine person I am today.
