Husband and friend vs me
Relationship Stress / by niceEyes1640

...See more While on vacation a week ago, my husband of 7 months (known and dated on and off for 10 years) send me a picture of my car getting washed and explained how he was annoyed because when taking it out, the gas was on empty. Proceeded to send me a long text lecture me about how it wasn’t smart and I should do better. I was so annoyed with him and it became an argument. I became irate (really working on my temper) and he began with low blows and saying I’m disrespectful and unable to have a conversation without blowing up. Our mutual friend who I am on the vacation with let’s me know he aaa texting her at the moment (not telling me details just that he is texting her) she then try’s to deescalate the argument by approaching me while I’m on the phone with him. I am not a fan of getting in between someone’s relationship unless it becomes physical. It created heavy tension between us for the rest of the trip and we haven’t spoke much since. Him and I calmed down and continued to speak but I’ve been home a week and I haven’t spoken to him. We are at odds and I hate it but I also am very uncomfortable with him speaking about our relationship to my closest friend behind my back. I don’t have many friends and this has happened already with her and I asked him not to do it anymore. He also let her know that I do not want him talking to her about our relationship. (I went in his phone to read their conversation because I wanted to know what they were talking about and it was what I thought, complaining about me and how I am unreasonable) I want to talk to them both but I don’t know what to say. Having a hard time trusting them both, it feels like it’s two against one.
