Have always been an introvert. With the help of Toastmasters I've learned to be more outgoing and am now able to speak and share more easily in groups. I've become much more confident around people than I was in my teens and twenties.

...See more Is there already a thread on here about dealing with aging parents? I feel like there should be a lot of content related to this with the many diseases, cancers, accidents, etc. that old people experience. Then there's hospitals, nursing homes, doctors, medicaid, sibling disagreements, the grief and how all of these things affect our mental health, our jobs and relationships, the list is probably endless.
