Hyper awareness issue

...See more So i think this is the right place to post? And sorry if this isn’t ocd, I don’t really know much about this stuff Anyway lately I’ve been dealing with this problem of being hyper aware of the position of my right arm I can’t stop thinking about it, generally during the day when I’m distracted by things it’s ok, but at night when I’m trying to sleep it gets really bad I’ll lie there for hours rolling over and over because my arm doesn’t feel comfortable in any position, it’s horrible, last night I got three hours sleep Sometimes I try and find a position and then stay still and not move my arm, but it’s like I get tunnel vision and it’s all I can focus on, and the urge to move my arm is so strong I just can’t bear it Any one else experienced this? I’d really appreciate advice
