...See more Hello, a few months back I decided to come off of my ADHD medications because I was tired of the stigma that came with them. I feel like I struggle to get things done and I don’t know if I can attribute it to my ADHD, bipolar disorder, anxiety, PTSD or a combination. I’m about to start seeing a new psychiatrist in a few months. I don’t know if I should bring this up to them.
